The confidence that comes from the knowledge that you are in safe hands and you will be taken care of at the airport. Unknown becomes known as our friendly Customer Service Agent (CSA) meets and greets you outside the aircraft and escorts you through fast track immigration. You will no longer get lost in the big airports. Feel free to use the wash room while a porter carries your handbag. If you desire to change the currency, our CSA will take you to the authorised money changers at the airport. If you wish to hire a cab just ask the CSA to hail one for you. Feel free to chat with the CSA and ask him / her about places to visit in thje state you arrived at. We are sure that our CSA will turn your ‘Arrival Anxiety’ into an ‘Amazing Arrival’.

  1. D.A.T.E. with Senaxus Turns ‘Baggage Burden’ into ‘Baggage Bloom’

Our Customer Service Agent (CSA) and the porter will take you to the Baggage Reclaim Belt immediately after fast track immigration. Just identify your baggage and our porter will transfer it to the trolley and push it for you. While the CSA & the porter stand guard with your baggage, you may do a quick shopping at the Duty-Free shops located right next to the baggage reclaim belts. If you hate shopping just glide through the exit gate and our porter will put your baggage through the scanner and then in the cab that you have hired. If someone has come to pick you up, our CSA will coordinate with the waiting party / driver regarding your movement and escort you till kerb side with your baggage. All this while you walk free and enjoy the sights of the beautiful airports in India. That is what we call turning ‘Baggage Burden’ into ‘Baggage Bloom’.

Our Customer Service Agent (CSA) Agent shall coordinate in advance with your cab driver and fix a drop point for you at the airport. The CSA will meet and greet you at the drop point and the porter will help you with your baggage. The CSA will escort you to the check-in counter and assist you in completing your check-in formalities. After the check-in, the CSA will take you to the fast track immigration counter and assist you in immigration. If you love shopping then after the security check, our CSA will take you to the Duty-Free shops. Else just enjoy the delicious food served in the various outlets at the airport. Chat with the CSA as much as you want. Our CSA will be with you till the time you board the aircraft. This is what we call, turning ‘Departure Distress’ into ‘Delightful Departures’.
