Through Senaxus Air, I had made a Booking for the Meet and Greet Services at the Kolkata Airport for me and my Family on Sunday, 28th December 2025 for Departure by the Air India Flight Number AI-2706.
Mr. Naman Rathor from the Senaxus Air team was in constant touch with me one day before the Departure and he did all the required coordination with me and his team to ensure that me and my Family had an Excellent Meet and Greet Experience.
The Guest Officer assigned to help with our Luggage and to escort us to the Security check area, the Lounge area, and till the Boarding Gate was a very Well Mannered person and he demonstrated excellent Professional Behaviour.
