Senaxus Air did a tremendous job with the end to end service of picking up my family from Terminal 3 aero bridge after a long flight from the US and getting them boarded on to the Terminal 1 departure on Indigo, all within 90minutes. They assisted with buggy service, speedy immigration, luggage handling, arranged a good SUV to transfer and then met again at Terminal 1 and helped clear domestic security checks with ease (which is the most troublesome part). They did all this so efficiently that my family caught the earlier Indigo flight and reached the final destination hours ahead of time - which is a blessing when you are traveling 30hours non stop. I am super impressed and Mr Debojyoti Banerjee was responsive, customer needs-focused and took ownership of the entire process. They are not the least expensive option available but I think we got our money’s worth and then some. Highly recommended.

Mr. Naman Rathor from the Senaxus Air team was in constant touch with me one day before the Departure and he did all the required coordination with me and his team to ensure that me and my Family had an Excellent Meet and Greet Experience.
