Senaxus Air did a tremendous job with the end to end service of picking up my family from Terminal 3 aero bridge after a long flight from the US and getting them boarded on to the Terminal 1 departure on Indigo, all within 90minutes. They assisted with buggy service, speedy immigration, luggage handling, arranged a good SUV to transfer and then met again at Terminal 1 and helped clear domestic security checks with ease (which is the most troublesome part). They did all this so efficiently that my family caught the earlier Indigo flight and reached the final destination hours ahead of time - which is a blessing when you are traveling 30hours non stop. I am super impressed and Mr Debojyoti Banerjee was responsive, customer needs-focused and took ownership of the entire process. They are not the least expensive option available but I think we got our money’s worth and then some. Highly recommended.

I want to share my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding special assistance team at Senaxus Air, Patna Airport. We recently booked the senior citizen assistance service for my elderly father, and the experience was flawless. From the moment he arrived at the entry gate, the dedicated staff was ready with a wheelchair and a warm, welcoming attitude. They handled the security check, check-in baggage, and boarding processes with extreme care, patience, and efficiency. Navigating a busy airport can be incredibly stressful for old-age passengers, but your team made it completely hassle-free.
Thank you, Senaxus Air team, for your empathy, professionalism, and top-notch service. Keep up the excellent work..👌

I recently utilized the VIP meet-and-greet service at Mumbai International Airport (BOM) for a corporate visit, and the experience was flawless.
From the moment of arrival, the coordination was seamless. The greeter was positioned perfectly, making the transition from the aircraft through the terminal incredibly efficient. For any professional traveling on a tight schedule, the expedited handling of security and baggage is a total game-changer.
The staff demonstrated a high level of discretion and local expertise, navigating the complexities of the airport with ease. It allowed our team to stay focused on our objectives rather than logistics. If you are looking to provide a premium, stress-free experience for executives or clients in Mumbai or anywhere this service is highly recommended.

Through Senaxus Air, I had made a Booking for the Meet and Greet Services at the Kolkata Airport for me and my Family on Sunday, 28th December 2025 for Departure by the Air India Flight Number AI-2706.

Mr. Naman Rathor from the Senaxus Air team was in constant touch with me one day before the Departure and he did all the required coordination with me and his team to ensure that me and my Family had an Excellent Meet and Greet Experience.

The Guest Officer assigned to help with our Luggage and to escort us to the Security check area, the Lounge area, and till the Boarding Gate was a very Well Mannered person and he demonstrated excellent Professional Behaviour.

Excellent Job done by the Senaxus Air Team.

Keep up the Great Work !

Best Wishes,

I recently used a meet-and-greet service in Delhi, and I must say it made my travel so much easier. From the moment I landed, a professional representative was waiting with my name board, helped me with the luggage, and guided me through immigration and security without any stress.

What I really liked was how smooth everything felt. Normally, Delhi Airport can get very crowded and confusing, but with this service, I saved so much time and avoided long queues. The staff was polite, quick, and made me feel comfortable the entire time.

If you are traveling with family, have elderly parents, or just want a hassle-free airport experience in Delhi, I highly recommend booking a meet-and-greet service with SENAXUS AIR. It is totally worth the money and gives you peace of mind, especially if you are visiting the city for the first time.

This is now going to be my go-to choice whenever I fly in or out of Delhi Airport.

Senaxus Air has been a pillar of support for our clients for years. They are professional, diligent, and aware of limitations in every airport in India. They go above and beyond to take care of their clients whoever it may be. Their absolute exccellent approach to the meet and greet service they provide sets a benchmark in the industry itself. I have known most of their team for many years, and the more I say, the less it would be. I wish them all the best in everything they do to give the best of experience to travellers.
