Pranaam is the official meet and greet service at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), operated by Adani — the airport’s managing company. Launched as part of CSMIA’s premium services portfolio, Pranaam is the airport’s own branded concierge offering.
Pranaam service tiers at CSMIA:
Pranaam is available at both T1 (domestic) and T2 (international and select domestic). It is bookable via the CSMIA Pranaam website, the Adani One platform, and select travel agent channels. Same-day bookings (within 24 hours) carry an express surcharge of ₹250 (domestic) or ₹750 (international).
Pranaam’s strengths: Deep operational integration with CSMIA. Staff who know the terminal at granular level. Premium lounge access inclusion in higher tiers. The airport operator’s own team — maximum institutional familiarity.
Senaxus Air — operating at www.meetandgreetindia.in — is an independent professional airport assistance company founded in 2014 and based in New Delhi. We are not an airport operator. We are a specialist airport concierge service with our own trained CSAs operating across 40+ Indian airports.
At Mumbai airport, Senaxus Air provides arrival, departure, and transit assistance at both T1 and T2 through our trained CSMIA team. Our model is built on three fundamentals: a named CSA confirmed 24 hours in advance, direct driver coordination before the flight lands, and multi-airport continuity for travelers visiting multiple Indian cities.
Senaxus Air’s strengths: Multi-airport coverage (Mumbai + Delhi + Bangalore + any combination). Third-party booking capability (book for parents, clients, executives). Named CSA with direct WhatsApp number sent 24 hours before every flight. Corporate account management for companies with regular travel needs.

This is the most important distinction between the two services — and the one that determines which is right for most travelers.
Pranaam is a CSMIA service. It begins and ends at Mumbai airport. If your trip involves arriving in Mumbai and then traveling to Delhi, Bengaluru, or Kolkata — Pranaam covers only the Mumbai leg.
Senaxus Air covers 40+ airports. A traveler arriving in Mumbai from London, then flying to Delhi for a business meeting, then departing from Bengaluru after a family visit, can book all three airport legs with a single Senaxus Air arrangement. One provider, one point of contact, CSA details confirmed at each airport individually.
For the large majority of Indian travelers who visit multiple cities — or NRI families whose trip includes a Mumbai arrival and then onward travel — multi-airport coverage is not a luxury feature. It is a practical requirement.
The most significant practical difference for NRI families is third-party booking capability.
Pranaam is designed primarily for the traveler themselves. While Pranaam can be booked for a family member, the primary design assumption is that the person using the service is the person booking it.
Senaxus Air is routinely booked by people who are not on the flight. An NRI in New Jersey booking for their mother arriving at Mumbai from London. A corporate travel manager in Delhi booking for a Singapore investor arriving at BOM T2. A grandson in the UK booking for his 72-year-old grandfather traveling alone.
The named CSA model — where the NRI receives their parent’s CSA’s name, photo, and WhatsApp number 24 hours before the flight — is specifically designed for this scenario. The NRI has a direct line to the person walking with their parent. This is the feature that separates professional service from airport operator convenience.
Pranaam uses a tiered model: Platinum (porter-level), Elite (dedicated CSA + shared cart), Elite Plus (exclusive cart + highest personalisation).
Senaxus Air operates a single service model where every booking includes a dedicated CSA (equivalent to Pranaam Elite) with named advance confirmation. Add-ons — porter, wheelchair, language CSA, medical support — are pre-booked based on specific needs rather than locked into a tier.
In practice: For a standard single-passenger arrival or departure, Pranaam Elite and Senaxus Air’s standard service are broadly comparable in what they deliver. Pranaam Elite Plus (exclusive golf cart) has no direct Senaxus Air equivalent — but Senaxus Air’s buggy coordination through airport channels can be arranged where available.
Pranaam: Confirmation of the meeting point is provided at booking. Whether a named individual with a direct contact number is shared in advance depends on the tier and booking channel.
Senaxus Air: A named CSA — with full name, photo, and direct WhatsApp number — is always sent to the traveler (and/or the booking party) at least 24 hours before every flight. This is standard across all Senaxus Air bookings, at all airports, at all service levels.
For elderly passengers who need to recognise their escort immediately upon exiting the aircraft, and for NRI families who need a direct line to the person with their parent — this is not a minor detail. It is the single most important operational feature of the service.
Pranaam: Coordinates the traveler’s exit from the secure zone to the kerbside. The receiving vehicle or driver is coordinated at the kerbside exit point.
Senaxus Air: Coordinates with your driver before the flight lands. The driver receives the correct terminal entrance, pickup bay, and estimated arrival time approximately 30 minutes before the aircraft touches down. When the traveler exits customs, their vehicle is already positioned. There is no kerbside wait, no phone call confusion, no searching.
At major international airports during peak arrival hours — when the kerbside area is dense with vehicles — this pre-coordination saves 10–20 minutes and eliminates the most chaotic part of the airport experience.
Pranaam is the right choice when:
Senaxus Air is the right choice when:
No. Pranaam is CSMIA’s official airport operator service (run by Adani). Senaxus Air is an independent professional airport assistance company covering 40+ airports. Both provide meet and greet at Mumbai airport, but with different models, coverage, and strengths.
Both services are priced in a comparable range for standard arrival and departure assistance at CSMIA. Pranaam’s Platinum tier is the entry level; Elite and Elite Plus are priced above. Senaxus Air’s standard service is approximately equivalent to Pranaam Elite. Contact both for confirmed quotes.
Technically yes — but it requires managing two separate bookings and two provider contacts. It is simpler and more efficient to book Senaxus Air for both airports under a single arrangement.
Senaxus Air does not include lounge access as a standard package element. If lounge access is your priority (and it is available in your airline class or via a card benefit), Pranaam Elite Plus includes this at CSMIA. For the escort service itself, both providers are comparable.
Yes. Pranaam transit service covers CSMIA inter-terminal transfers. Senaxus Air also covers this — it is one of the most complex and valuable use cases at CSMIA, particularly for passengers connecting between domestic and international flights.
